A team building that creates teams!

Aargh, it is that time of the year again. The company is organizing a team building. What would it be this year? Karting, paintball, laser shooting, escape room, walking in the forest, dinner, a party, cooking workshop, etc. All those are fun activities, of course, no doubt about that!
But at the end of the team building, did you feel more connected with your team? Or even feel more trust in the group?
All the above activities are also needed occasionally, but only some people like them or are willing to participate.

Therefore we are stepping in with our concept. “Putting more fun into functional!”
We are bringing a bunch of board/cards/dice, and other games to the office. All to learn new things and insights, build trust, create openness, etc., in a playful and safe environment in your teams.
We work with teams of 2 to 20 people and can facilitate bigger groups, but that must be aligned first.

No matter how big the group is, we stand to bring a fantastic, fun time together; in a way, it doesn’t feel like you are learning something. We are also leaving behind some tips and tricks for ice-breakers during a meeting or how to incorporate more play in your organization.
There are many benefits of having creative play in the office.

"Research has found evidence that play at work is linked with less fatigue, boredom, stress, and burnout in individual workers. Play is also positively associated with job satisfaction, a sense of competence, and creativity. Studies show that when a participant receives a task that is presented playfully, they are more involved and spend more time on the task. Teams of workers can benefit from play via increased trust, bonding, and social interaction, a sense of solidarity, and a decreased sense of hierarchy. Furthermore, findings suggest that play at work can benefit whole organizations by creating a friendlier work atmosphere, higher employee commitment to work, more flexible organization-wide decision-making, and increased organizational creativity."

With that note, we create an interactive team building that focuses on getting to know your team members, networking with each other, learning how to build trust and openness, making sure you have communication within the team, etc.

We create an environment where everybody will feel safe to do the activities and learn from them. We have interactive, educational, and inspiring games for the team. The team building will be built based on the information we got upfront from you.
