A team building that creates teams!

Aargh, it is that time of the year again. The company is organizing a team building. What would it be this year? Karting, paintball, laser shooting, escape room, walking in the forest, dinner, a party, cooking workshop, etc. All those are fun activities, of course, no doubt about that!
But at the end of the team building, did you feel more connected with your team? Or even feel more trust in the group?
All the above activities are also needed occasionally, but only some people like them or are willing to participate.

Therefore we are stepping in with our concept. “Putting more fun into functional!”
We are bringing a bunch of board/cards/dice, and other games to the office. All to learn new things and insights, build trust, create openness, etc., in a playful and safe environment in your teams. 
We work with teams of 2 to 20 people and can facilitate bigger groups, but that must be aligned first.

No matter how big the group is, we stand to bring a fantastic, fun time together; in a way, it doesn’t feel like you are learning something. We are also leaving behind some tips and tricks for ice-breakers during a meeting or how to incorporate more play in your organization.
