Period

You have the right to decide that you do not want to keep the goods for 60 days from delivery or conclusion of the agreement. You can then return your order without paying a fine and without giving any reason. You can return your return package via the post of a courier. You have 60 days for this after you have registered the return using the form below. The legal term to make the refund is 14 days after receipt of the return, but we make every effort to make the refund within 3 working days.

The direct costs of returning the goods are therefore for your account!

Refunds

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. The refund will be made by bank transfer or the way your order was placed.

Requirements

If you still want to be able to return the goods as described above, they must be undamaged and in the original packaging, the sealing foil around the games must not be removed, including all accessories.
